Palak Ka Shorba is a healthy soup made up from Palak.

Ingredients
- Palak 250 g
- Salt
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Onion 1/4 cup
- Carrot 1/4 cup
- Cream 1/4 cup

Instructions
- Wash palak thoroughly
- Put water to boil
- Add in palak and all the veggies.
- After palak starts getting tender .Strain everything
- Immediately transfer them into chilled water.keep for 5 minutes.
- Strain it.
- Puree it and again strain
- Put in a bowl and allow to cook. Add salt and pepper.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Switch off the flame and add in fresh cream
- Serve with soup sticks
Notes
Do Not overcook palak. Of you do so , you won’t get a fresh green color.
