  • 250 Palak g
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Onion
  • 1/4 cup Carrot
  • 1/4 cup Cream

  • Wash palak thoroughly
  • Put water to boil
  • Add in palak and all the veggies.
  • After palak starts getting tender .Strain everything
  • Immediately transfer them into chilled water.keep for 5 minutes.
  • Strain it.
  • Puree it and again strain
  • Put in a bowl and allow to cook. Add salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Switch off the flame and add in fresh cream
  • Serve with soup sticks

Recipe Notes

Do Not overcook palak. Of you do so , you won’t get a fresh green color.
