About Paan Kulfi
Kulfi is a very popular frozen dessert from India originated from Mughals from the 16th century and mostly known as traditional Indian Ice cream. Pan (Betel leaves) is one of the common mouth freshener. The Idea behind the Dish: Combining the Dessert and mouth freshener to get a sweet dish that's unique in flavor and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 14 oz condensed milk sweet
- 14 oz Evaporated milk
- 14 oz Whipped cream heavy
- 14 oz Whip cream cool
- 2 Betel leaves finely chopped, available in Asian stores
- 1 tbsp Pan masala mix Dry

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it till all the ingredients are mixed and the texture is nice and creamy.
- Pour the mixture on a sprayed square glassware and allow it to freeze for 3hours
- Pull the mixture out 20 minutes before the service to ensure its nice and creamy.
- You can drizzle some chocolate sauce on top and enjoy the dessert

- Please note Kulfi takes a bit more time to melt than the conventional western ice cream
