About Mashed Chickpeas Sandwich
A delicious filling sandwich which can go for a week day lunch. Its easy, healthy and requires few ingredients only. When I tried these sandwiches I actually realized healthy food also tastes good. So do try this recipe and have a healthy living.

- 1/2 cup Chickpeas boiled
- 1/4 cup Onions chopped
- 6 slice Wheat or bread bread
- 1/4 cup Carrot shredded
- 1 tbsp Hung Curd
- 1-2 leaves Lettuce
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1-2 Cherry Tomato
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Mash the boiled chickpeas in a bowl.
- Add chopped onions, shredded carrot, hung curd, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix well.
- Take a scoop of the filling and make a sandwich. Enjoy!!
