A delicious filling sandwich which can go for a week day lunch. Its easy, healthy and requires few ingredients only. When I tried these sandwiches I actually realized healthy food also tastes good. So do try this recipe and have a healthy living.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup onions chopped
  • 6 slice of wheat bread
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 tbsp hung curd
  • Few lettuce leaves
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Few Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mash the boiled chickpeas in a bowl.
  • Add chopped onions, shredded carrot, hung curd, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix well.
  • Take a scoop of the filling and make a sandwich. Enjoy!!
