Jau is Rabi crop normally sown in northern India. Beer made by Jau (Barley). Villagers in northern India use this flour as their cereal. They made Rabri and messi roti. They made roti with adding wheat flour. Then they eat with onion and pickles. Jau flour is very tasty and healthy food. Jau plant is also similar with wheat plant in size and colour. Here I made laddoo with roasted Jau flour adding with wheat flour.

Ingredients
- 1 cup barley flour Jau flour
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- ½ makhana
- 4-5 Cardamom
- 2 tbsp Jagerry powder
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp Desi Ghee
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- pinch cinnamon powder

Instructions
- Dry roast jau flour and wheat flour then keep aside.
- Take mixer grinder put makhana, elaichi and pumpkin seeds then ground.
- Pour into the roasted flour add jaggery, coconut cream, cinnamon powder and pure ghee. Mix all together and take handful then give it a round shape.
- Now it is ready to serve or keep in air tight container. It is good for tiffin pack.
