About Laddoo Made From Jau (barley)

Jau is Rabi crop normally sown in northern India. Beer made by Jau (Barley). Villagers in northern India use this flour as their cereal.
They made Rabri and messi roti. They made roti with adding wheat flour. Then they eat with onion and pickles.
Jau flour is very tasty and healthy food. Jau plant is also similar with wheat plant in size and colour. Here I made laddoo with roasted Jau flour adding with wheat flour.
