it is very simple yet very unique recipe of mine with very few ingredients and full of nutrition +quick to prepare and can be relished even during fast also as it is falahar recipe

Ingredients
- fresh kiwi pulp- 1 cup
- khoya - 1 cup
- sugar - 3/4 cup

Instructions
- heat a non stick pan , add kiwi pulp and cook on medium heat till pulp becomes thick and start leaving edges of pan
- add grated khoya into the pulp and cook till it blend together nicely , around 5-7 minutes on medium heat
- add sugar to the mixture and cook till sugar melts
- turn off heat and let the mixture come to the room temperature , make peda out of the mixture in desired shape and sisze
- keep it in refrigerator for some time serve cold garnished with rose petals and dry friuts
