  • 1/4 cup basmati rice
  • 1 litre Milk
  • 1/2 Sugar
  • 1/2 cup mawa
  • 1 handful pistachio
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tsp coconut paste
  • 3-4 Rose petals


  • Boil the milk and add soaked rice.
  • Milk will reduce 1/4 quantity rice will cooked then add sugar,
  • Add mawa coconut paste and cardamom powder. Stir continuously.
  • Now serve in bowl garnish with pistachio and rose petals.
