In any festival or any occasion this recipe is must. From very childhood this is one of my favourite recipe.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup basmati rice
- 1 litre milk
- 1/2 Sugar
- 1/2 cup mawa
- 1 handful pistachio
- 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
- 2 teaspoon coconut paste
- 3-4 Rose petals

Instructions
- Boil the milk and add soaked rice.
- Milk will reduce 1/4 quantity rice will cooked then add sugar,
- Add mawa coconut paste and cardamom powder. Stir continuously.
- Now serve in bowl garnish with pistachio and rose petals.
