  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Sauce
  • Seasoning or salt, or pepper salt and pepper for
  • to Smoked Paprika or seasoning seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Wash and boil the eggs (add in vinegar to the water) for 10 minutes.

  • Once done, wash with normal water and peel off the egg shells.

  • Cut with fine white thread, this will cut the eggs evenly.

  • Scoop out the egg yolks into a bowl add mashed them with a fork.

  • Add mayonnaise and mustard sauce to mash the yolks.

  • Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

  • Now fill the egg white pockets with the prepared yolk mix.

Recipe Notes

1. At the time of boiling sometimes egg shells start to crack, to avoid this from happening a little vinegar is added to the water.
2. A fine white thread or even tasteless dental floss can be used to cut the boiled eggs evenly and without any mess.
