Using the delicious honey to make a dessert which is a healthier version of ice cream. Honey and yoghurt to form a after dinner treat, a guilt free ice cream for the dessert lovers.

Ingredients
  

  • Honey Comb :
  • Sugar - 1.3 cups
  • Honey - 1/3 cup
  • Golden syrup - 2 tbsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Baking soda - 1.5 tsp
  • Yoghurt ice cream:
  • Hung curd - 1/2 cup
  • Heavy cream - 1/4 th cup
  • Honeycomb crushed -2/3 cup
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • To make the honey comb : Heat all the ingredients except the baking soda, in a pan. Cook it till it changes colour to brownish and keep stirring.
  • Switch off the flame and add the baking soda while stirring it. Pour this bubbled hot liquid on to a heat proof tray lined with aluminium foil. cool it and break into pieces

  • To make the ice cream ,whisk the curd for 2-3 minutes, then add the heavy cream. Keep whisking till it is fluffy
  • Now add the sugar and honeycomb, and mix it. Freeze this mixture and after about an hour, and mix it with a spoon.
  • Repeat this procedure twice, and in finally stage, add some crushed honeycomb to add that extra crunch. Freeze and serve
