Ingredients
- 2 cup of old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup craneberries
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup cornflakes
- 1/2 cup of roughly chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp of assorted edible seeds
- 2 tbsp of coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- 3 tbsp maple syrup

- Preheat the oven at 160c . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl mix together oats, craneberries, almonds, cornflakes, pecans ,seeds and coconut sugar.
- In a saucepan put oil , honey, pink salt and maple syrup and stir continously until the oil liquifies. Pour this mixture gently over the oats mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Now spread this mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes. Let it cool down to room temperature. And your delicious home-made granola is ready. Store in an air tight container.
