This recipe makes the healthy granola even healthier with the ingredients of your choice as per your health requirements.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 2 cups of old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup craneberries
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup cornflakes
  • 1/2 cup of roughly chopped pecans
  • 2tbsp of assorted edible seeds
  • 2tbsp of coconut sugar
  • 1tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2tsp pink salt
  • 3tbsp maple syrup

How to cook?
  1. Preheat the oven at 160c . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl mix together oats, craneberries, almonds, cornflakes, pecans ,seeds and coconut sugar.
  3. In a saucepan put oil , honey, pink salt and maple syrup and stir continously until the oil liquifies. Pour this mixture gently over the oats mixture and mix thoroughly.
  4. Now spread this mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes. Let it cool down to room temperature. And your delicious home-made granola is ready. Store in an air tight container.
