Blueberry Fro-Yo or Frozen yogurt is one such guilt-free frozen dessert which you can dig in at any time and after any meal. It's just a 4 ingredient, simple and easy frozen yogurt recipe that can be made in a jiffy. Serve it as soon as its made or store it for a week.
This is a healthy treat for kids during summers who always wait for one scoop of unhealthy ice-cream which is brought from the market.
Adding curd to your diet is a must to keep your gut happy but why compromise with the same old sour and plain flavor.
Add some motherly love and fruits to that plain curd to bring a smile on your kids face. It is good for diet-conscious people too as it has fruit, curd and honey which is a natural sweetener.
