Cooking to me is cooking well rather than cooking fancy. Hence, you will always find me cooking not so complex dishes which you can prepare in 30 minutes. Some ingredients carry so much taste that all you need to do is saute in salt, pepper and butter and play the permutation and combination to come up with the correct amalgamation. Make sure you have the command over the sauce serving alongside. Your dish is a winner if dressing is right

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Juice of 2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp crushed Garlic
  • Freshly Ground Crushed Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon worcester Sauce
  • ​Sour Cream Optional
  • Basa Fish Fillet pan smeared in salt pepper and butter
  • Capsicum Fried Rice in which rice and capsicum are cooked separately and then mixed together.
  • Beans green pease sauted in salt and pepper.
  • Roasted potatoes.
  • Rest is just the plating as you can see in the picture.

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a pan.
  • Add crushed garlic and cook for about 10 seconds
  • Switch off the flame.
  • Add lemon juice, worcester sauce and freshly ground pepper.
