Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Juice of 2 lemon
- 1 tbsp crushed Garlic
- Freshly Ground Crushed Pepper
- 1 teaspoon worcester Sauce
- ​Sour Cream Optional
- Basa Fish Fillet pan smeared in salt pepper and butter
- Capsicum Fried Rice in which rice and capsicum are cooked separately and then mixed together.
- Beans green pease sauted in salt and pepper.
- Roasted potatoes.
- Rest is just the plating as you can see in the picture.

Instructions
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Add crushed garlic and cook for about 10 seconds
- Switch off the flame.
- Add lemon juice, worcester sauce and freshly ground pepper.
