Cauliflower present in the new way in a Kebab style. Here I combine Cauliflower with kidney beans it gives a awesome taste and texture.

Ingredients
- Grated cauliflower 1 bowl
- Boiled kidney bean paste ½ bowl
- Chopped coriander 4 tsp
- Chopped green chilly 2tsp
- Chopped ginger 1 tsp
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Amchoor powder ½ tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Sweet spice 1 tsp
- Deshi ghee 100 gm
- Salt
- Oil For stir fry
- Keora water 4-5 drops

Instructions
- Take a pan add 5 tsp deshi ghee now add grated cauliflower sauté it for 10 min.
- Add kidney bean paste after than add all spice salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, sweet spice , amchoor powder garam masala powder mix all the ingredients and cook it 5 min and cool it
- Take a mixture in a bowl add chopped green chili, green coriander and chopped ginger.
- Add 5 tsp deshi ghee in it and keora water mixes it properly.
- Make round patties and stir fry it both side 10-12 min.
- Serve hot galawati cauliflowers kebabs with green chutney.
