Crispy Dosa With Leftover Rice

Do you have leftover rice cooked for lunch? You can make yummy, crispy dosa for dinner with those rice. Here is the recipe for this simple dosa.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Rice Boiled
  • 2 cup Rice flour
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Tomatoes
  • 3 Green chilies
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 100 ml Curd
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for making dosa

Instructions
 

  • In a blender add the boiled rice, onions, tomatoes, green chilies, ginger with curd and little water and grind to paste.
  • Then in a bowl take rest of the flours and salt, add water and mix well and bring to pouring consistency and add the stuff in the blender to it and mix well like a dosa batter.
  • Heat a dosa tawa and grease it with oil.
  • Pour a ladle of water and make a thin dosa by spreading it around. Smear few drops of oil.
  • Once it is cooked flip off to other side and cook for 30 seconds. Now the crispy dosa is ready.
