Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for Perfect Kurkuri Bhindi
- Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket: Work in batches to ensure even cooking and maximum crispiness.
- Adjust spice levels: Feel free to adjust the amount of chili powder to your preferred level of spiciness.
- Pat the okra dry: Excess moisture will prevent the okra from getting crispy. Make sure to pat them dry thoroughly after washing.
- Serve immediately: Kurkuri Bhindi is best enjoyed fresh and hot, as it loses its crispiness as it cools.
