  • 4 slice Cheese or
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Butter softened
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Chilli flakes optional
  • 1-2 drops Milk


  • Take all the above ingredients except milk in a blender. Give a plus for few seconds until it is crumbled.
  • Now transfer it to a bowl and knead it. Just add few drops of milk at a time to combine the mixture.
  • Knead it well. Make a smooth ball. Roll it like a thick chapati. Now cut it to the desired shape.
  • Place it in a well greased tray.Bake it in preheated oven at 180 deg for 15min. The bottom part becomes golden brown when it is completely cooked. Let it cool a little. Now transfer from the tray and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

  1. Leave a gap between each COOKIES as it expand after baked.
  2. Can store the dough when baking first batch
  3. Can adjust the cheese upto 2onze either increase or decrease
  4. Happy baking
