Carrot And Vermicelli Stuffed Brown Bread Roll

It is a very easy to make and very healthy recipe for breakfast. Goodness of carrot make these roll super healthy.

Ingredients
- 4-5 brown bread pieces
- 1 big Grated carrot
- 1/4 cup boiled vermicelli
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 2 tsp Black pepper powder
- Salt
- 2 tsp oil
- green chutney coriander chutney or mint chutney ( FOR RECIPE PLEASE CHEACK NOTES SECTION)

- First step is to make stuffing, take a pan add some oil, add finely chopped garlic into it ,saute it for 2 minutes , add grated carrot , cook for 5 minutes and add boiled vermicelli , salt and black pepper powder. Mix all ingredients well.
- Now take bread pieces and cut the sides of bread . take a roller pin , press the bread pieces gently.
- Take 1 bread piece apply green cutney on it and put stuffing at the one side of the bread and roll bread piece ,like you are making a roll. repeat this process with other bread pieces.
- Now take a nonstick pan , add 1 tsp oil and put these bread roll on pan and cook from both sides . cut these bread roll into small rolls . serve with any chutney or sauce.
Notes
u can change stuffing as per your choice.
u can make sandwitch also by using this recipe.
for green chutney take some corainder leaves , 1 green chilli , 1 garlic clove , salt acordingto your taste . Process all ingredients well in processer . Add some lemon juice. Chutney is ready.
