- 1 cup Mango Paste use a ripe, but still firm, raw, raw mango. you can also substitute with 1 cup of mango puree.
- 1/4 cup Chili Paste adjust the quantity to your preferred spice level., green
- 1/4 cup Turmeric Paste fresh turmeric paste is recommended for the best flavor and color.
