  • 500 gm Peanuts
  • 400 gm Jagerry


  • Dry roast peanuts. Now when it is medium hot to touch remove the skin by rubbing with your hands
  • Once all the skin are removed keep aaise. Now break jaggery into small pieces. Now in a mixer jar grind groundnuts to coarse powder in batches. Keep aside
  • Now in mixer jar add 80grams of jaggery and 100grams of nuts and pulse it. Don't run too fast it ooze out oil. Transfer it to plate Repeat the same with reaming nuts and jaggery.
  • After everything has been grinded transfer it to a plate and make balls. Will get 30 medium sized ball. Enjoy anytime of the day

Recipe Notes

  1. Grind in batches only then we can get even texture.
  2. Just give a pulse in intervals or else it will turn runny
