Ingredients
 

For 1 small cup

  • 2 oranges small, peeled
  • 1 tbsp mango raw, boiled, puree
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 salt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 15 ml Water
  • 5-7 Nuts soaked overnight

How to Prepare Raw Mango Puree

  • Peel the Raw Mango
  • Cut into small pieces
  • In a bowl add the small pieces of Raw Mango
  • Add water until the Raw Mango pieces are soaked
  • Boil for 10-15 minutes in Medium flame by stirring during intervals
  • Once the paste is ready you can store it and use it to prepare varieties of recipes

Yoghurt Preparation

  • Add 2 Peeled Small Orange
  • Add 2 Tablespoons of yoghurt
  • Add 1 Tablespoon of Boiled Raw Mango Puree
  • Add 1 Tablespoon of Honey
  • Add a pinch of salt
  • Add Little water and blend until smooth
  • Then Separate the pulp using the strainer
  • Serve it in a bowl by garnishing it with chopped nuts and Little honey
