Cleaning and Chopping

  • Wash and dry the Ladies'Finger
  • Chop The Ladies' Finger(Size optional)

Preparation

  • Take a pan Add the chopped Ladies' Finger
  • Add Three Tablespoons of Oil
  • Add One and a Half Teaspoons of Salt
  • Half a Teaspoon of Turmeric Powder

Cooking

  • Switch on the stove and keep it on medium flame. Then Keep the pan
  • Cook until it is perfectly dry In the end, add curry leaves powder (If available) or add chutney powder which adds great flavour and switch off the stove.
  • Okra Fry is Ready

While Chopping Ladies Finger. To Reduce Stickiness:
  • Apply a Few Drops of oil to the knife and then cut the ladies' finger to reduce stickiness
While Cooking:
  • Keep Stirring during regular intervals
