Kashmiri mutton balls. We can see different types of mutton recipe. This is also an easy recipe. I added fennel seeds and dry ginger powder other than garam masala. Though it is pandemic situation I used raw turmeric paste. We can use normal turmeric powder. At last drop, Kashmiri chilli ghee.

Ingredients
- 250 gm mutton minced
- 1 egg raw
- 1 tablespoon turmeric paste raw
- 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 2 tablespoon onion paste
- 2 tablespoon chickpea flour
- 1 teaspoon black pepper crushed
- 1 teaspoon fennel crushed
- 1 tablespoon tomato chili paste
- 1 teaspoon dry ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri mirchi
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- Oil as required
- Salt as per taste

Instructions
- paste, chickpeas flour, Crushed black pepper, crushed fennel seeds, onion paste, garlic paste, mustard oil, raw egg and salt to taste.
- Make a round in shape the drop in boiling water. Heat oil add bay leaves, raw turmeric paste, ginger paste, onion paste, garlic paste, tomato paste and salt to taste. Stir for a few minutes.
- Add little water then mix evenly. Let start boiling the drop the fried mutton balls. Cook for 5 minutes add cinnamon powder and dry ginger powder.
- At last heat ghee add Kashmiri chilli powder. Put off the flame drop the chilli ghee. Now it is ready to serve with steamed rice, chapati, paratha, bread etc.
