Shukto with drumsticks
Shukto is a Bengali recipe but different people cook in different ways. It always look off-white in colour so we have to choose the vegetables to maintain the colour. Even we don't use turmeric also no rich spices. It is very simple diet and very good for this season. Sometimes we used neem leaves or bitter gourd. Here I used drumsticks, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, mustard seeds, fresh coconut and ginger.
