Green peas skin
Though we know green vegetables have lots of benefit. Most of the people don't know properties of vegetable skin. I never met my mother-in-law, she used to cook this recipe. My husband taught me how to remove the membrane of green peas skin. I think cooking is a great art. Select green and healthy skin which will be appreciated.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Green Peas chopped skin
- ½ cup Potato chopped
- ½ tsp Onion Seeds
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Whole Red Chilli
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Green Chillies
- leaves Coriander fresh

Instructions
- Select the soft clean skins of green peas. Remove the membrane of the skins. Then roughly chop the skins.
- Heat a pan add mustard oil heat for a few seconds then put onion seeds and whole red chilli. Then add chopped skins, chopped potato, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli and salt.
- Stir and cover the lid cook until soft. After then sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves. Now it is ready to serve with steamed rice, chapati, paratha.
