Hibiscus is commonly known in India as Gudhal flower. We get the flowers in different colour. It has vitamin-C and antioxidants and also many health benefits antibacterial, antiinflammatory etc.

Ingredients
  

  • 7 -8 hibiscus flowers
  • 1 glass of boiled water

Instructions
 

  • No other efforts just wash the flowers then tear the petals dip in boiled water for 15 minutes. Not more than fifteen minutes otherwise it may be bitter in taste. Then strain and serve.
  • If you want you can add lemon juice and honey. But without adding anything it is also good.
