Bajra is called rich pearl millet which can control cholesterol levels. Bajra is a power packed grain which has insoluble fibre. It can reduce blood sugar levels and helps in loosing weight.

Ingredients
- 1 cup bajra flour
- 1/4 cup pure ghee
- 1/4 cup jaggery
- 1/4 cup makhana
- 1/4 cup dry fruits
- 2 tablespoon eatable gum
- 5-6 green cardamom

Instructions
- Take a pan heat and add pure ghee and bajra flour. Stir continuously until the roasted aroma comes out.
- In another pan roast the makhana and keep aside. Fry the eatable gum with little ghee.
- Now grind makhana, dry fruits, gondh (eatable gum) and green cardamom.
- Take a mixing bowl add roasted bajra flour, jaggery and grounded ingredients. Combine all the ingredients then give round shape. Healthy homemade ladoo is ready to serve.
