Ingredients
- 200 gm Button Mushrooms
- 100 gm Capsicum
- 1 Onion medium size
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1-2 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Wash the mushroom with boiling water. Chop onion capsicum and green chillies.
- Add oil on a preheated pan, then put ginger garlic paste stir for a few seconds. Add chopped onion, capsicum, green chillies and mushroom. Stir all vegetables, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder.
- Sprinkle with water, add salt and garam masala powder. Close the lid for 5 minutes then open the lid and serve with chapati, paratha, fried rice etc.
