Chicken Fried Rice is very famous and popular chinese recipe I Cooked this with veggies and beaten eggs.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup soaked basmati rice soaked for 1hr
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup boiled and shredded chicken
  • 1 Spring white Onion cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon ginger finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic finely chopped
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon ajinomoto
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 3 green chilies roughly chopped
  • 4 tablespoon Oil

  • Cook rice with little required water n salt (do not over cooked) when it's done switch off the flame n transfer rice in tray n spread it on all over tray this will help to keep rice seperate.

  • Heat cooking oil in wok add ginger garlic and saute for 30seconds on high flame.
  • Add onion and green chilies saute for few seconds on high flame.
  • Now add little salt to taste in egg n whisk it. Add n cooked till it done.
  • Add soy sauce, ajinomoto and vinegar mix it well.
  • Add cooked rice, shredded chicken and spring onion, keep sauteing for minute on high flame. Switch off the flame.
  • Chicken fried rice is ready to serve. Serve this hot with schezwan chutney.
