Ingredients
  

  • spinach leaves 1/2 bunch
  • finely chopped beans 1/2 cup
  • finely chopped or grated carrot 1/2 cup
  • green peas 1/2 cup
  • boiled and mash potato 2 no.
  • Salt
  • black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • green chili finely chopped 2 no
  • chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • cornflour 1 tbsp
  • oil for frying
  • oats 2 cup

Instructions
 

  • clean and wash the spinach then cut into thinly .
  • blanch the beans,carrot and peas cool them.
  • now mix well all ingredients together apart from oil.
  • make the cutlets
  • heat the oil in a pan and fry the cutlet till golden,serve hot with green chutney .
