Ingredients
- 1 Bottle guard
- gm flour 4 tbsp
- Soda bie carb 1 pinch
- Salt
- Red chilli powder 2 tsp
- 2 Fresh or dry red chilli
- Green chilli chopped 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped coriander 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- curd 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Wash and cur into round shape the bottle guard, Chop the red chilli .
- Now keep the gram flour in a large mixing bowl and add all the spices in it
- Now make the batter with the adding curd, water and soda bicarb…।
- . Now dip the bottle gaurd pieces in this batter, heat the oil and fry the pakodas golden
- . Serve with green chutney
