Green Chilli is rich in iron. It is said if one seed of green chilli is present in your stomach then the stomach would be perfectly alright. Apart from this it is the best taste maker for the food. Lot of people east raw green chilli during lunch and inner. The best way to get the taste of green chilli and preserve it for a longer time is to make pickle .

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm green Chilli
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoon onion seeds kalaunji
  • 1/2 tablespoon fenugreek seeds Methi
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tablespoon carom seeds ajwain
  • 100 gm mustard oil
  • 2 tablespoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Take all the seeds and coarsely grind them.
  • Take green chilli, wash them and pat dry it. Remove the top head and slit it .
  • Take a dry and clear jar. Put green Chilli and turmeric powder, salt and all the coarsely ground species.
  • Add mustard oil, Shake it till green chillis are coated with the spices.
  • Leave it for 4 days. Pickle is ready for enjoying the hot taste.

Notes

  • Use clean jar
  • Always keep the pickle in dry place.
