Ingredients
- Rice 1 cup
- Foxtail millet 2 cups
- Whole Blackgram 2 cups
- Thur dal 1/2 cup
- Moongh dal 1/2 cup
- Chana dal 1/2 cup
- Red chillies 3 to 5
- Ginger a small piece of an inch size Peeled
- Drumstick leaves 1cup
- Grated Bottlegourd Lauki 1 cup
- Finely chopped onions 1 cup
- Salt
- Hingh powder 1/2 tea spoon
- Oil for making Adai

Instructions
- Mix rice, millet and lentils together and wash twice. Soak in water for 4 hours. Grind them to coarse thick batter adding red chillies and salt. Allow it to get ferment slightly for 3 to 4 hours.
- Add washed drumstick leaves, grated bottlegourd ,onions, hing powder & Mix well. Heat dosa tawa. Pour a ladle of batter on it and make like dosa.
- With the dosa flipper make a hole in the centre and drizzle some oil there and around it. after 2 minutes flip off the next side. Cook till both ends become brown in colour.
