Pointed gourd which is call in parwal on hindi. This is very nutritious and digestive. After completing the sweet we forget this is made by vegetable.

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 piece big sizes parwal
  • 1 cup Home made mawa
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon green cardamom powder
  • Rose syrup as required
  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts

Instructions
 

  • Peal out the skin and seeds of parwal. Make a sugar syrup and cook for five minutes add rose water. Peel out the pointed gourd.

  • Take out the seeds from inside the gourd. Add into the sugar syrup and boil for five minutes.Take out from syrup and spread in a plate.

  • Add mawa in a heated pan add sugar powder crushed nuts cardamom stir till non sticky. Fill into the pointed gourd.

  • Now parwal stuffed with mawa sweet and garnish with nuts.
