Ingredients
- 3 hard boiled potatoes
- 2 cup self-raising flour
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
- 2 teaspoon soya sauce
- Salt
- water for mixing

Instructions
- Hard boil the potatoes.
- When cool, peel the skin and cut into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients except oil and water. Add water and make a batter of thick consistency.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Dip the potato cubes in the batter and slowly put a couple of them in the pan.
- Deep fry on medium flame until brown in colour.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
Notes
To get hard boiled potatoes, keep whole potatoes to boil and cook them for only one whistle in the pressure cooker.
