Ingredients

▢ Milk Full cream milk- 250 grams.
▢ Raw rice soaked in water for at least 3 hours. Half cup.
▢ Green ilaichi - 2 to 3 pieces.
▢ Sugar - 1 cup.
▢ Rose petals for garnish.

Instructions

Take a pan add milk in it,Wait for a boil. Add green ilaichis ,crush it and add it in the milk. In the mean time ,take rice and grind them by adding little water. Add sugar in the boiling milk.

Now add rice in to it. Stir it for at-least 20 minutes ,till it gets thick. When it starts getting thick ,let it cool properly.

Pour it in kullads (Earthern pots)and put it in fridge for 2 to 3 hours. Now take it out and garnish it with rose petals. Now serve it chilled!!
