Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup water or little more
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp oil or melted butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar or any granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • For garnish
  • Chopped strawberry
  • Chocolate sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add wheat flour add baking powder add salt and coca powder and mix well
  • In another bowl add sugar water oil vanilla essence lemon juice and mix well
  • Now shift flour mixture into liquid mixture and mix well and make pouring consistency batter keep it aside for 5 miutes
  • Heat a Non stick griddle add 1/4cup batter at a time .. drizzle little oil or melted butter around the pancake ..when bubbles start to form flip it carefully and roast it at perfect brown color..
  • Drizzle some chocolate sauce over it and garnish it with chopped strawberry.. serve hot
