With this , not only are you increasing your family's intake of nutrients but are also providing them vital compounds essential for everyday maintenance . Enjoy these with curries of your choice .

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3/4 th cup warm milk
- 1 tbsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 th cup oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp blackseeds
- 1/4 th cup bellpeppers ; finely chopped
- 1/4 th cup carrots ; finely chopped
- 1/4 th cup beans ; finely chopped
- 1/4 th cup peas ; slightly mashed
- 2-3 garlic cloves ; minced
- 4 tbsp of butter

Instructions
- To the warm milk add in the yeast and set aside to bubble up in a warm place . Mix up all the ingredients in a large bowl .
- Using the milk , knead the dough till everything is well done and set it aside in a warm place to rest for about an hour .
- Once done , start by dividing the dough into equal portions . With this recipe , you can make out 15 (or can vary depending upon the size) .
- Now with each portion , make out ovals of equal thickness , make sure to take care to be gentle .
- When all the ovals are moulded , set them in a warm place preferably for a second round of rising for about 20 mins .
- Tava fry these on medium to high heat with some butter . Serve with your favourite curries or enjoy with some plain butter .
