Ingredients
- For dough..ingredients. Salt 1/3 tsp
- Spinach puree 1cup
- Red chili powder 1/3 tsp
- Water 1¹/² glass
- Wheat flour 1bowl
- For filling ingredients..
- gm flour 1katori
- Spinach fine chopped 1big sp
- Water 1cup
- Red chili powder 1/3 tsp
- Amchur powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1tsp
- Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- Method for dough..
- Take a bowl.. Add wheat flour,puree,salt,red chili powder in it.. Mix it well
- Then add water in it..n make fine dough..
- Then take a bowl..
- Add gram flour,chopped spinach in it n mix it well
- Then add all spices n water in it.. Mix it well n make fine batter..
- Then take a small ball of dough.. Roll it n make big chappati..
- Then heat tawa.. Grease it with some oil..
- Then put paratha on it.. When it become little cooked.. Put batter on the middle of paratha.. N fold the sides of paratha n make square shape..
- Then cook both side of paratha on medium flame..
- When it become crispy.. Its done.. Serve hot..with pickle,or chatni..
