Ingredients
  

  • 300 ml milk full fat, chilled
  • tablespoon brown sugar or honey
  • 4 tablespoon peanut butter creamy
  • 250 ml ice cream vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Blend milk, peanut butter and sugar/honey in a blender jar for 20 seconds until smooth.
  • Add vanilla ice cream and blend for 20 to 25 seconds until you get a creamy texture.
  • Transfer to a serving glass and serve.
  • Optionally top with a dollop of whipped cream and chopped nuts of your choice.

Note:
  1. Adjust milk, peanut butter, and sugar according to your taste.
  2. Variations:  a)Replace vanilla ice cream with chocolate ice cream to make a chocolate peanut butter milkshake.  b)Replace sugar with a medium sized banana to make a banana peanut butter milkshake.
  3. If you want to skip ice cream increase milk, sugar and peanut butter proportionally, but I bet your will fall in love with the inclusion of vanilla ice cream.
