Coconut Coriander Cooler (Cocori Cooler)

coconut coriander cooler is very healthy drink for summer . i have name this drink "cocori cooler" . as we know coriander is an excellent cooling herb to pramotes digestion . it is one of the most cooling herb on the earth . if we talk about coconut water , it is consider as a medicine for healthy skin with very cooling effect . so this cooler is very refreshing healthy summer drink .

Ingredients
- coconut water 100 ml
- coriander leaves 1 small bunch
- lemon juice 2tsp
- black salt 1tsp
- roasted cumin powder 1tsp
- honey 1tsp
- boiling water 1/4 cup
- some ice cubes

Instructions
- first wash coriander leaves properly . now in a pot put coriander leaves and pour boiling hot water on it . let it sit for about 10 minutes . once the water takes on a very light greenish tinge , sieve the water and keep it aside.
- take coconut water and add greenish coriander water to it . now add black salt , roasted cumin powder , lemon juice , honey and mix all ingredients well .
- coconut coriander cooler is ready . add some icecubes and serve chilled .
