Nuts,oats and dates ladoo is loaded with nutrition, healthy and delicious!!. As we know kid's are pro active through out the day ,so need some energy food to keep themselves active. Here is healthy and delicious ladoo's full with energy and nutrition. It can be consumed anytime of the day!!.

Ingredients
  

  • Dates 20 nos deseed
  • Cashew 3tbsp
  • Walnut 3tbsp
  • Rasin 3tbsp finely chopped
  • Pistachios 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Melon seeds 1/2tsp
  • Ghee 1tbsp

Instructions
 

  • coarsely grind cashew,rasin, walnut, pistachios,melon seeds by giving pulse
  • grind dates coarsely
  • take a fry pan roast oats 1min n keep aside
  • add 1/3of ghee and roast grinded dry fruits for 1 min n keep aside
  • Add 1/3 ghee n roast raisins for 1 minute
  • Let batch if ghee add poppy seeds n dates and sauté for a minute
  • Grind oats into powder
  • combine everything in a mixing bowl and form a dough
  • make ladoo (balls)from the dough by rolling in between your palms(I have made the size of a Lemon and you can make according to your preference)
