Shortcrust pastry is a type of pastry often used for the base of a tart .Healthy Chocolate shortcrust pastry is made with Whole wheat, Jaggery , butter and ragi.It has a crunchy taste and u can fill this healthy pockets with any sweet of your choice.Ragi has been added to make it more healthy. Ragi is best food for weight control, diabetes and a cooling the body.In this recipe, we have filled the Healthy shortcrust pastry with Baked Chocolate Yogurt. Baked yogurt are delicious desert. This is very easy desert to be prepared at home.Generally baked yogurt are made with Condensed milk which has lot of sugar content in it. We have replaced this condensed milk with custard and jaggery to give thickness and flavour also.Chocolate flavoured has been added to make it more tasty specially for kids. CHOCOLATE ! CHOCOLATE ! CHOCOLATE! Every where but yet its HEALTHY.

Ingredients
FOR SHORTCRUST PASTRY
- 3/4 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup Ragi Flour
- 60 gm Butter Cold and Chopped
- 1/4 cup Jaggery grated or powdered
- 2 tablespoon Chocolate Powder
- 2-3 tablespoon Cold milk
FOR BAKED YOGURT
- 1 cup Hung Curd
- 1/2 cup Jaggery grated or powdered
- 2 tablespoon Custard powder
- 2 tablespoon Chocolate Powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 2-3 tablespoon choco chips

Instructions
SHORTCRUST PASTRY
- Sieve the Whole Wheat Flour, Ragi Flour and Chocolate powder in a mixing bowl.
- Rub the cold chopped butter into the flour with your finger tips.
- Rub the flour and mixture until the mixture resembles the sand like texture.
- Add Jaggery to the mixture and mix well with your finger tips.
- Add drops of cold milk until the dough comes together.
- Press the dough into a ball and wrap in cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 mins before rolling or giving the shape.
- Roll the dough flat on platform. Give shape of pockets by placing the dough in the greased and dusted muffins bowls.
- Bake the shortcrust pastry for 25 mins at 180 degree in preheated oven.
BAKED CHOCOLATE YOGURT
- Mix custard powder and milk and cook till it becomes thick and lump are there.
- In a mixing bowl mix hung curd, jaggery, custard, chocolate powder and mix it properly.
- Add choco chips to give more chocolaty flavour
- In a tray fill it with cup of water and place the curd mixture bowl in a tray and cover the bowl with aluminium foil. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 10-15 mins at 180 degree.
- Take out when done, and let them cool. Then refrigerate for 1 hours approx
- Serve the chilled baked Chocolate Yogurt in Chocolate Shortcrust pastry and Enjoy the desert.
