You can think of this recipe as a sophisticated form of the 'Ice-Lolly' that kids enjoy in scorching summers. Nothing beats the heat than enjoying yummy slushes in your favorite fruit-flavor. Fruit-Slushes (partially-frozen, flavored icy drinks) are very easy to make at home and much more healthier than the store-bought ones made with artificial flavors. As you serve it in a glass, slushes melt slowly, making it last longer than the usual summer drinks. I am sharing with you today, a 'Blackberry & Green apple Slush Mocktail'. As compared to the ice lollies where the ice is frozen separately and syrup is poured on top of it, I have frozen the homemade fruit-syrups and have made a fused Mocktail out of them. Try it on a hot Summer afternoon. The deliciousness of this unique drink will be something that you will simply love! Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute Green Apple juice with Kiwi juice for the same green coloured slush!
  • You can use store-bought fruit juices instead of fresh juices in your mocktails, but fresh ones are highly recommended.
