- 3 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 4 tbsp Fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
- 4 to 5 Bay leaves

Instructions
- Dry roast all the spices on slow heat for 5 minutes or until they become fragrant and change there color.
- Cool down at room temperature and transfer to grinder and make a coarse powder. Once cooled, spoon it carefully in a air tight container.
