Ingredients
- Cucumber - 1
- Honey - to taste
- Salt
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Ice cubes - 8 - 10
- Soda water - 1/4 cup

Instructions
- Peel and chop the cucumber into small pieces and add in the blender to make a juice. Strain the juice. Add salt ,honey and lemon juice and mix well. Pour in the serving glass and add soda water and ice cubes.
