This chicken 65 recipe is a traditional hyderabadi version. It is a mouthwatering snack delicacy. Here curry leaves gives a unique aroma to the chicken.

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg boneless chicken
- Salt
- 1 tspn Red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tspn Ginger Garlic paste
- 1/2 Tspn Garam Masala powder
- 1 Tbspn All purpose flour
- 1 Tbspn corn flour
- 1 Egg Beaten
- Oil
- 4 Green chillies Slit
- 8 curry leaves
- 1/2 cup Hung curd
- Pinch of Red color
- Coriander leaves for Garnishing

Instructions
- Take a bowl and add boneless chicken pieces, salt, Red Chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, beaten egg, maida , corn flour Mix all the ingredients and let it marinate fr half an hour.
- Heat oil for deep frying. add chicken pieces and deep fry them till they turn golden brown on medium flame. Transfer it in a bowl
- CHICKEN GRAVY Take a wok into it add 3 tbspn of oil .Heat it.
- Add Finely chopped ginger and garlic Add Slited green chillies and curry leaves and saute it.
- Add beaten curd, salt and 1/2 tspn of red chilli powder, and red food color
- Mix the fried chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Keep stirring. Note : make sure you donot add water
- Take the chicken on a plate and garnish it with coriander leaves. If you wish you can use lemon also. Your mouth watering chicken 65 is ready
