PANI PURI, is the most common street snack in several regions of the India. It consists of a round fried crisp Puri, filled with a mixture of flavored water and potatoes or chickpeas stuffing. This pani puri is with the twist of different flavoured water that too very healthy.

Ingredients
- For Anaar Pani Red
- Fresh Pomegranate Seeds / Anaar – 1 cup
- Water – 1 ½ cup
- Sugar – 2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Ice Cubes – as required
- For Palak Pani Green
- Spinach / Palak Leaves – 1 ½ cup
- Mint Leaves / Pudina – ¼ cup
- Tamarind Pulp / Imli Chutney – ¼ cup
- Green Chillies – 2 small
- Water – 1 ½ cup
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Ice Cubes – as required

Instructions
- For Anaar Pani (Red)
- In a blending jar, add 1 cup of Pomegranate Seeds, 2 tsp of Sugar, 1 cup of Water and blend into fine paste.
- Now in a mixing bowl, drain the Pomegranate Water with the help of sieve.
- Now in a mixing bowl, drain the Pomegranate Water with the help of sieve.
- Add ½ cup of Water in the mixing bowl.
- Now add ¼ tsp of Black Pepper Powder, 1 tsp of Chaat Masala and few Ice cubes.
- Mix well and now Red color Pani (Anaar Pani) is ready.
- Serve with Rava Puris filled with Aloo stuffing.
- For Palak Pani (Green)
- In a blending jar, add 1 cup of Spinach (Palak) leaves, ¼ cup of Mint (Pudina) leaves, 2 small Green Chillies, 1 cup of Water and blend into fine paste.
- Now in a mixing bowl, drain the Spinach Water with the help of sieve.
- Add ½ cup of Water in the mixing bowl.
- Now add 1 tsp of Chaat Masala, ½ tsp of Salt, ¼ cup of Tamarind (Imli) Chutney and few Ice cubes.
- Mix well and now Green color Pani (Palak Pani) is ready.
- Serve with Rava Puris filled with Aloo stuffing.
