Ingredients
- 1 Potato
- 1 tbsp Garlic or oil, or herb, or butter oil herb butter
- 2 Garlic finely chopped.
- Onion chopped finely, 1 spoon.
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes or oregano oregano each
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tbsp Making White Sauce or garlic, or herb, or butter for garlic herb butter
- 1 tsp Refined flour apf
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Paprika or oregano and oregano each
- to Black Pepper Powder or salt salt and taste
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese or topping processed for topping

- wash and peel potatoes. Chop into fine cubes. Set aside. Heat oil in a pan, add the butter. Put chopped garlic & onion. Saute for 1 minute. Mix in finely cut potatoes. Add salt and black pepper.
- Next add oregano and chilli flakes. Take out in a bowl and keep aside.
- Make the white sauce: Melt the butter, add maida/ flour. Let it roast for 1 minute. Add the milk and stir until it thickens. Add salt and black peeper, then turn off stove. Cool it.
- Now in a oven proof remakin first layer white sauce. Place potato mix with spoon over it. Again layer it with white sauce and potato mix.Cover this with white sauce. Place grated cheese over it.
- Bake this in preheated oven at 180 degree for 12 to 15 minutes or the upper cheese crust turns golden brown. Serve hot.
