Ingredients
  

  • 4 brinjal equal sizes
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon kashmiri mirch
  • 1 teaspoon couscous seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut the brinjal vertically don't remove the stem. Immediately dip in water. So it will stiff and colour will not change.
  • Take a mixing bowl add gram flour, rice flour, cumin powder, kashmiri mirch, asafoetida, couscous seeds and salt.
  • Make a smooth batter adding water. It should be perfect consistency.
  • Heat oil in a deep wok. Strain the brinjal dip into the batter and fry. Ready to serve the cryspy fried.
