Ingredients
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 cup chopped carrot
- 2 inch ginger sliced
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon mango powder
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
- 1 reason lemon juice
- 4 table spoon cooking oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok add zeera n wait till the color get lightly change .
- Add ginger n saute it for 30seconds.
- Add carrot n green peas saute it for 2minutes.
- Add salt, red chilly powder. Coriander powder n turmeric powder n pour little water coz mixture should not too dry, cover the lid n cook it in low flame for 3 to 4 minutes till the oil floats over the masala.
- Add mango powder mix well. Now finally add lenom juice, mix it and switch off the gas.
