But this road side deep fry they use the left over oil again and again which is most harmful. But the homemade recipe will be less harm.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Flour refine
  • 1/2 cup Refined Oil
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup Urdh Dal Powder urdh dal powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan put 1 tbsp oil add asafoetida, urdh dal powder and stir for a minute.
  • Add cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt. Sprinkle with little water. Mix all together and keep aside.
  • Make a smooth dough with refine flour, salt, baking soda and water as required.
  • Keep the dough minimum ten minutes. Then divide into small ball sizes.
  • Take a small size of dough keep on your palm and pressing with other hand make a hole stuff with urdh fillings.
  • Press with both palm and thumb finger.
  • Take a frying pan heat oil then deep fry. Serve with pickle.
